My package was delivered to vPost on Wednesday but I have not received any update from vPost regarding my package arrival. Called their customer service and waited 20 minutes but not getting any answer from them. Now, I completely have no idea where my package is.

I got an email from vPost about 5 hours after they received my package. You should keep trying to get a hold of them. I think it's way too long in your case.

Hi guys, when I tried to ordered from JP play store, the price reflected are in USD 399. Is this correct? I am using tunnelbear and select a Japan VPN.

Do I need to register a "japan google account" to purchase.

I got an email from vPost about 5 hours after they received my package. You should keep trying to get a hold of them. I think it's way too long in your case.

Track the package with tracking no. given by google playstore. Make sure you include the "-".
Once the system locate it, you will be ask to declare the package.

My N5 reached Vpost Japan yesterday noon, I tracked online at 1700 and make payment. Then I received email from vpost for the payment.

yes, you should. It should reflect the price in Yen, not USD.

I never used vPost after my first time too....

But they probably are overwhelmed by the sudden influx of n5s. need to cut them some slack.

Only price in USD? I suspected you are not in Japan playstore.

Try clearing cache and history before going in again and yes you need a japan google account for purchase.
