Actually if you read the news from 9th Jan on the Tenso website, they were saying something about the delays on the items registration due to the high volume of goods. They said that they will work on Saturdays to clear the backlogs. Hopefully they will do the it this week as well. *fingers crossed*

I think most of them who just got processed are using tenso, not jshoppers tenso. Seems like tenso is doing quite well, while jshoppers tenso is still doing backlogs.

Then I guess just not lucky enough if ur package was also delivered with the others. Anyway, if the tracking number is not working yet, most likely the package will only be posted on Monday, hence delivered to you on Wed, assuming using EMS.

Took me at least a day for them to update you. Business day most likely.
Thereafter once you make payment, close to another day to update you when they've shipped.

EMS. But transfer to Singpost when arrive to SG for delivering to our houses.

There is no EMS company. EMS is just a shipping method, not a company. Singpost handles EMS shipments via its speedpost service, i.e., once it reaches SG, you should be able to check your package status from speedpost website. As an alternative you can use this website Post/EMS tracking - track-trace.

I have made the payment today, but I still hope they can add my order on Monday's shipment...

My mistake, it's EMS via Japan post. Like batboyz said, EMS is a shippment method (Express Mail Service). You will receive a email from tenso with the website to check your package and the tracking number too.
