Just bought a red N5 yesterday. Coming from iPhone 5, the first thing I noticed is the speed. Everything is very snappy and responsive, which is quite surprising because I always thought iPhone had this as its core strength. Comparing to galaxy s4, my iPhone 5 seems faster and smoother. Now, the only downside currently is the atrocious sound quality from the headphone jack. IPhone 5 is miles better and I'm not even using high end earphone. Just a Jays. For lacking of an alternative, I'm using my iPhone 5 as my music player.

In conclusion, I'm happy with the phone given the price. It is comparatively a better product to iPhone 5 but not superior.

Used to ship my nexus 4 back to Google US for $20+.. JP should be cheaper.

Are you in 3G plan? If so don't set to LTE

I got this issue on Sunday..although LTD and signal full bar.. cannot call out and cannot surf the net.. other people call me, also cannot call through until I restart the phone

some network glitch mine is sometime can't surf net (mobile data). but 4.4.3 is going to fix that

seems that u have the same issue as me...
but i still can use the phone as per normal leh,
just that i cant receive calls and sms.
according to what i've search online,
seems that it's a bug affecting some phone only...
some users said turning off LTE and wifi will help.
seems the sets we have here, not much affected...
