Update: My computer can recognize when my n5 is in normal boot up. But cannot detect in FASTBOOT Mode. how?!?

Problem Solved.

1) Never unlock bootloader.
2) ADB not installed.

I really hope not..I probably won't ever get a Nexus tablet simply because Google won't include an expandable microSD card slot with them, and I use my tablet mainly for media consumption (HD movies).

However, I will definitely continue to buy Nexus phones if Google does not kill them.

Its ART's problem.

When Kitkat was released with experimental ART, a lot of apps were crashing.

Have to wait for the individual app developer to fix it.

I used OfficeSuite to edit the build.prop file. Works fine for me.
