You will never get H+ on 3G plan. So yes it is normal.

casing definitely helps.

i dropped my phone once from >1m height onto concrete floor.

landed flat on the screen side and no damage.

but i was using spigen casing so phone had no actual contact with the floor

No way to call the Japan number as toll free number not allowed from overseas. What u can do is call the US number or aus number and ask them direct to Japan.
Emails won't work also unless it is initiated by them

Hello, my rooted 4.4 nexus 5 keep on showing to update to 5.0. Will it unroot if i update using the OTA?

* my nexus 5 has already been unroot since 4.3 update. But it still showing the lock sign when switching on the device.

Do i have to unroot and flash manually my N5?

Curry nah. Just now upgrade to L using Nexus Root Toolkit, everything seem alright then after all done, go in see only got 12.55gb of space.

Go search, and know that it's some issue with some flashing thingy.

I went to clear data/cache using TWRP, factory reset, boot up. Even more jialat, no back button, no notification bar. LOL.

In the end, went to download the img, flash it manually through fastboot.
Just restored all my stuff, took a few hours. Phew.
