From my computations, ex-Japan costs just about S$10 more than Aust. That's because in Japan, there is no freight charges (to Jap address), whereas Aust charges close to $30. So, I got my friend in Japan to order a 32GB black for me direct from Google PlayStore, and have the unit shipped to my VPost Japan address. Nov 6 is the scheduled shipdate ex-warehouse.

Australia has freight charges cos it's being shipped from HK to Australia. I can see that from my tracking details.

Had to use the buying service with Tenso (Japan) because creating a brand new google account when purchasing requires phone call or SMS activation which I obviously can't confirm.

Hope it works out and the stock is still available since they'll only start working on my order by Monday.
