I everyday text him ask him arrived a not and stuff because was supposed to get black from him but decided to get white instead! Hehe kudos for his hard work for not earning much!

Totally enjoying with the phone coming from previous HTC nexus one and Galaxy nexus! Android 4.4 has matured a lot, I think they can take on iOS already!

what do you mean by that. They already won iOS way long ago.

Yup.. Since iOS 5, they have been copying the features in Android.
[ iOS 7 copy from windows phone & webOS as well ]

The most annoying part is when other ppl copy apple, they get sued till pants drop and accused of lack of creativity.

When apple copies others, nothing is done against them.
And you call that innovation? I think steve jobs v sad.
You can see the lack of innovation after his death

Anyway, don wanna start a war between iOS & Android here.
Just love the freedom that Android gives

Got mine today.

Box.. exceeded my expectation. Compact and nicely done.
Phone definitely felt quite premium and great to hold.

Experienced the shaky hard buttons and 'side light', esp the volume rocker(to me) but those are acceptable to me.

Despite its acceptable sound quality.. volume is actually not that bad.. mainly thanks to better its location.

Couldnt comment on the batt.. well-known issue so we do know the ans.

Android 4.4 stock is smooth and snappy, didnt encounter any lag.

Overall, pretty satisfied with the phone. thumbs up!

For those still waiting for their N5 to arrive, it is worth the wait. Just be patient and hope they will come soon.

Looking forward to my accessories to come next..

Just got my phone today..

I also got the static noise when recording a video, not a deal breaker for me, am sure there will be a fix soon.

Unlock bootloader and rooted right out of the box, relatively painless process if you have fiddled with Android phones before.

I'm sure this has been asked somewhere here before but I couldn't find the answer, how do I add widgets now? And when I pull down the "whatdoyoucallit" from the top of the screen, why isn't there the ability to turn on wifi on/off? Or silence the phone? I have to go into the settings to do all these, did I do something to disable the shortcuts?

Thanks!

Use two finger and slide down from top to access those settings immediately.

Silence phone, press and hold power button. There will be an option to select to silent phone.

With the Nexus 4 that I have used the past year, I have always felt somewhat handicapped without 4G/LTE. I have used the Nexus 5 for 2 days, and what a difference 4G/LTE makes in terms of data download speed! I am glad I did not get the USA Nexus 5; paying an additional $50 for the Jap version with 4G/LTE is definitely worth it.

freaking love my nexus 5 bought from a HWZ seller here. I noticed 1 dead pixel but not that prominent for my usage. Buttons are all okay and the phone is super light ! Everything is perfect in term of software except for camera. Camera worse than iPhone 4S even. But that's okay. Fresh UI. Lol.

yeah. but i believe the difference is between $70-$85. :|

US 32GB - SGD$506 + SGD$16 (CGW)
JP 32GB - SGD$580 + SGD$25 (Tenso)

Optimistic pricing.

Use two fingers to swipe down from the top.

Also you can hold the power button to mute sound.
