I used this link to order. From my previous cancelled orders, the address portion to be keyed seems to be different, in this new link postal code is key in 1st etc. and last is name and contact nos, I think maybe is the address order. Address for send and billing - jshoppers address, I did not made any changes to the address for previous and current order. SO i don't think is the address information and rather the order of keying the address.

I ordered on 16 Nov midnight and within minutes, I received a purchase email and was charge on 17 nov early morning after i allowed the transaction via sms to SCB.

If you did not receive any purchase email within minutes, I believed something is wrong to the purchase and you may need to redo everything again. All to be be done in Japan VPN only.

This time round I used SoftEther VPN and SCB Mahatten CC. Previously, I use okayfreedom and was cancelled. I used CIMB Master, Maybank Visa for my previous order.

Now i waiting to send out from playstore, hopefully no last minute cancellation.

my own experiences, created JP google a/c in Oct, add a card and there was a verification charge on my card right after that, charged and refunded.

I only ordered on 11 Nov at night, google wallet showed purchase pending, no email of receipt no charge on my card, as I did not receive sms from bank.

13 Nov, total price charged on my card from bank sms, phone reached forwarder on 15 Nov and I paid forward on 15 Nov evening. Forwarder shipped out on 16th Nov with tracking no.

I think I should be receiving it this coming week.

Not yet. Today is sun bah, hopefully tomorrow. But email stated is 20 Nov will be shipped.

Based on the problems reported, it seems:
1) They detected that account is not from JP
2) Address did not tally with original cc, but still able to purchase for most of the user here.
3) order from wrong link.
4) Address keying order is not right.
5) Discover accessing to google email from other country and not JP only.
6) Order control,As not able to meet the demand.
7) CC block the deduction.
and so on. Still trying to find out where went wrong

yah I highlighted the link with hl=ja earlier, I guessed it is the link issue coz I used cimb + okayfreedom and got thru.

Actually.. the webpage link =ja or =en...can be edit either =ja or =en....depends on what language we want to read (you can trying to check your order in playstore/order status...just edit the link to ja or en)....but the order receipt in japanese or english could make big difference to Google Japanese staff to processing the order?
