I have tried to google this but to not much success... I'm headed to Seoul in dec for about a week++ duration.

My question:
1. Anybody ordered from Korean Google play store before, willing to share experience?
2. How to check the nexus 5 price on Korean Google play?
3. Any free VPN service for Korea to recommend?

Based on what I read, the method is to go via VPN to log unto the required country's store, and order with Singapore CC but with overseas ship/bill address.

Appreciate any help I could get. Thanks in advance

lol... That their official stand but someone just checked with IDA website and D821( Nexus 5) is listed and approved... Just a matter of time

Well, both (N5) D821 and (N4) e960 are both listed as approved by IDA. But I don't recall seeing the N4 on sale with any telco. I wouldn't get my hopes up.

N5 is marketed by Google thus all purchases must go through play store (no retail). They do have a buy for you service but wonder if this service eligible for the mentioned promotion.

Yes the telcos did not bother with N4 but it is definitely on sale with some resellers like best denki, etc....

Hk retail shops mark up quite a bit. Play store selling 3198 for 16gb but the retail shops here are sello at 3898.
