Just asking is there any way to return the device to Google Play Japan for warranty? Like maybe mailing the device from Singapore directly to Google Play Japan and then ask them to return the repaired device to us by courier delivery service like tenso?

Contact Google Support Team, get your RMA slip and unique link to 'order/purchase' a replacement device, send your faulty device to the Japan RMA center (via Singapore Post) when you receive your replacement device and provide Google Support Team with the tracking number.
