Google for it. There's a way to check if your handset is purchased from google play. if it is, repairs are free during warranty period. all you have to do is sent back to the playstore it's purchased from.

Been trying to find it for days but no luck. Apparently, I need the person who bought it from the play store to send it back for me?

Hey guys. Not sure if you guys have this problem. Whenever I on my LTE, the signal will be in orange, then i will have to either turn on airplane mode or restart my phone for it to work...Had this problem since i get the phone. Any solutions? Thanks!

Hey guys,

My Nexus 5 had some trouble. It kept rebooting at the google screen and I couldnt access bootloader. It turned on tonight but the WiFi and Bluetooth couldnt be turned on.

Anywhere in Singapore I can fix this? I bought the N5 from a fellow HWZer but I cant remember who he is. Now sending it back to google is out of the question as i dont know where he bought it from. Anyways, anyone sent it back to google before? Any tips on how to do it?

Sadly, the game I am playing "Let's Get Rich" does not work. Other then that all is good!

Edit: Just disable nuplayer in dev settings. Works fine now!!!

Try to initiate an email convo with the US side then request to forward your email to the Japan side. Then u carry on the convo with the Japan side

It has to be initiated by them. I have tried sending a new email to that address before but doesn't work.

The same people who told you to contact Japan, should be able to tell you how to contact them...
