my nexus 5 keep on shutting down on its own.

like updating apps halfway or after leaving it to idle a while, it auto turns off.

battery life seems to be worse after the lollipop update too.

Hi all

For my nexus 5, it is usually on LTE. However, after taking a call, it will disconnect and connect back on Edge.

I've done some experiments and realised my phone is not able to connect to 3G/HSPA. When I force the phone to go to 3G in the settings menu, it will go to Edge.

May I know if anyone is facing the same problem? If so, have you managed to solve it? Many thanks in advance!

my n5 shows system updated even it is kit Kate when I check for system updated. Previously it did prompt for lollipop 5.0 update but not for 5.01. was thinking how else can I update to 5.01.

Just download the OTA image and sideload. No need to flash, hence no data lost.
