Having the power button issue like other users... Think mine was caused by my Spigen Slim armor case, everytime put in take out eventually caused the button to be stuck.

Somehow managed to unstick it by using my fingernail to pry the button forcefully. Now I can use the phone but the button is basically dead - once the button is pressed it goes into a bootloop again.

Now using a workaround app called Gravity Screen to avoid using the power button...

After few days of observation, stand by time seems to be better on 5.1.1. SOT may be better a little but not much.

Is nexus 5 still worth it in 2015?

I think it's still a decent phone, and i know a number of friends still using one as their daily driver. I think "worth" will have to depend on the price you pay for it. If a used set for cheap, sure. But brand new set i wouldn't recommend it though.

The performance is still decent, the camera is not the greatest, but it's fast and has OIS, the screen is not the most vibrant or brightest, but 1080p is still good. The main thing for me is just the battery life.

Yeah.. The battery life is really my main gripe with the Nexus 5.

I can only get 2.5hrs of screen time on Nexus 5... Can't even last a day.
