Battery life is good after using custom ROM, I don't see much difference compare with my ex. Note 4.

Actually after using this phone for a few months, I'm quite happy with it, battery life is good, provide you tinker with custom kernels.

Is it worth this price for the stock phone? No.

It's just like a rough diamond when you just buy it, but after learning and playing with roms, kernels and other stuffs it start to shine. Gonna be patient and learn from XDA.

If you are going to buy and use it as it is. There's better phones out there.

Motorola quality control is also very questionable.

How many hours SOT do you record? Ivan easily have 6 hours SOT which I consider very good as phone has a high resolution display. You might need root n some tweaks to improve battery standby. I use xposed mod cum amplify n greenify pro solely for this purpose.

Go try. At best 4 or less.

Everyone has different usage for their phones. This statement of yours is so sweeping.

I get 4hrs screen time on pure stock, ie no root no custom ROM nothing. I unplugged at 6+am daily and only plug in at night at 11+pm with about 10-20% battery remaining. This is by no means 'bad', much less 'very bad'.

I meant bad by comparison to other phones. I changed phones alot so I can observe the difference and it really bugs me. However apart from the battery the phone is great.
The whole internet community seems to have similsr experiences with the N6's battery life so I can't be wrong.

porcu is right though. I've gone through a few forums and yes, lots of people encounter bad battery life with the Nexus 6, and a lot of it got something to do with the infamous lollipop memory leak.
