Summer break no one will relocate.
Those moving now are those currently staying in Sg. Which means they are always going for the cheapest unit and squeezing the agents.

Btw heard Colin Tan kena kick out of D65

Yah man. I heard Colin Tan got backstabbed by his Partners in D65. His shares in the Company got diluted or something

Hi all... im currently looking to practice real estate but am unsure what the differences are between the companies. ALL agents will say their companies is best cos I will be giving them part of my commission.

So what should I be looking out for?
What companies offer higher commission share? Established vs new?

doesnt matter which company, as long as you are capable of closing sales, all companies are the same

hi.. i m keen to be a property agent.. however i have very little experience in sales.. what kinda job training or support should i be expecting from my company if i join?

i m currently having a full time job and thinking of starting off with part time first.. :D

The barrier to entry is relatively low so there's lots of agents. It's very competitive.

The support depends on your agency and team leader. You have to choose carefully.

Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) requires those who are holding another job to get their employer's approval first, before becoming property agents.

New rule could lead to fewer housing agents, Property Agents, Singapore Property Guides & Articles - STProperty
