so a proeprty agent must make call n door knock....kns same as insurance agent~~

i think only car sales man no need do all these shyte

prefer 4rm - 5rm also can
em ea too ex riaos.

have seen quite a few units 104sqm types
but all thru seller agent - knn all talk like yaya papaya same pattern one.

tell me owner looking for 50-70k cov, already got 30k offer in hand.
then ask me how much i interested to offer. i say 20-25k
tell me too low to compare etc etc. tell me the so n so unit is got many interested parties willing to offer also cos near skool / mrt pubic tpt / etc - i tell them
i no gibe a fug cos i take taxi - taxi got road can riaos, i no nid skool cos i no kids,
so my price 20-25k only maybe 30k since most of the units seem like 10-15 years old interior design types.

then ask me for my HLE - i gibe them see can loan 700k
they ask me offer more cov. i say u already got 30k in hand
y still ask me then better faster close deal then?
mouth straight inside got thing riao.

when the people here say wanna join kelvin lim i arm chio...

why? cause out of his whole preeminent group how many succeed?

He only act seh with the programmes like MSN blah blah ...some even need to pay moolah

hmm i think thats why some ppl prefer to engage a salesperson to source the ideal unit/price for them ... give them that 1% they go deal with all the sh1ts/negotiations/runnings for u .. of course if u think they dont deserve that 1% u can always DIY .. and many many ppl are DIY-ing too
