Than they got time to mentor you.

Those big wan is just a waste of time.

Sian or not, there never was an option...all we need to do is fast hand fast leg, aim correct requirements for buyers and arrange liao for viewings...

For seller wise...depends on situations...best is not to be too greedy, later burst case lagi painful.
