Based on my own experience.

Most of the company are more or less there.

In the end is still down to yourself.

ill be taking RES again.....im left with one paper and have till the end of the year to clear it :)

Did u took the march exam?

no i haven book yet....i only have may jun jul sep to take....4 chances only man :s13:

hows the paper wat did they ask? is it about ABSD calculation of stamp duty and tax? and also LTV?

also is it scenario based questions? if u can recall anything about paper 2 it will be good....becos i just called CEA

anyway i will study everything man...with focus on calculations....

for the real estate market im not too sure la...but id like to finish what ive started.....

No need to really study so much into mathematic. For my exam and my friend who took it after me. All say that they only used the calculator the most twice only...

11. High floor
12. Low floor
13. Middle floor

Can have more than 1 option.

For rental investment in a specific project either:
- go for the best units (poolview, high floor, unblock), this units are taken up the fastest by tenants (minimal vacancy period)

- or the cheapest units (these are the worse units), but because you bought at a lower price you are able to rent at a lower price and maybe able to attain similar rental yields as the good units (just that vacancy period will usually be longer)

Seem like the property agents are all not doing great due to all the cooling measures in place.
