Base on my group analysis we all come up with this ranking as reference best to our knowledge

Most Projects / New Launches Agencies
1) Huttons
2) ERA
3) CBRE
4) Knight Frank
5) SLP

For you agents starting off, one of the key questions you might ask is which gateway property portal should I advertise on? Tot I'll share some examples based on my personal experience..

1) PropGuru (propertyguru.com.sg) is definitely the largest, has roughly 800k visits per month. But they keep increasing the fees every year and doesn't have much market research tools for agents. Costs roughly $600-700 per year

2) STProp (stproperty.com.sg) has been around for a while as well, but doesn't seem very active these days. Cost is cheaper than PropGuru, might be good to try out

3) TheEdgeProperty (TheEdgeProperty.com.sg) new kid on the block, but has grown quite quickly to roughly 200k visits per month. Free to post up to 100 listings, and has many agent tools for free as well. No harm checking it out

4) 99.com - another new kid on the block - founded by tech entrepreneurs. Cool interface and nice app. Free for now, but heard they will start charging agents soon

1) propertyguru seems to be getting higher and higher.. now is about $900.

2) stproperty own by sph. still good to go

3) edge is good..

4) 99.co. also good..

bascially free stuff all must do... need $$ then got to think twice... The ultimate 1 is do until phone duno come from where and phone must ring only..
