There're 2 ways to switch the phone to MSC mode

One of which involves recovery, the other involves scripting

Both however, require you to void your warranty, but you do get fantastic MSC copy and write speeds, faster than even transferring while plugged in MTP mode

i wonder why he cant access it as a drive
but mine mac on lion OS works
ya unless he dare to try your method

It's less work to not include MSC now, since the original codes are based off of Google and that's how ICS is gonna be (if you've tried the Nexus, you'll know)

Putting in the MSC code is extra effort that may or may not be feasible, depending on several... factors

Some may make that extra effort to place the extra programming in place, some may not

It really depends if the phones will carry SD cards or otherwise

however, since Google is trying to kill of mSDs in favour of Cloud storage, the future of MSCs on Androids look... bleak...

ya as Google laujching it own cloud and Samsung follows

means less and less secure if all is store online or u plan to key seneative data offline like on your phone or PDA era
but aa long as pir phone can access via our comp to its storage it still a hope some where
as more going towards inbuilt storage and micro sim and also built-in battery too
Ala iPhone

Above is the photo of the yellow tint on my repaired handset. Unfortunately I didn't catch the warmest temperature and I'm still noob with my DSLR and was finding my memory card. :D

Anyway, am I being too sensitive or can it be considered as Yellow Tint? To say it started to appear this much only after 2 days of return from the service center, I find it a bit alarming for the future of Xperia S series.

Do you agree?

damn... think it's beginning to appear on my set as well... i'm beginning to think this is a design flaw...

it's related to heat and how close the components that heat up (be it chips or battery) are placed near to behind the screen are contributing to the problem... that's just my 2 cents...

mine is not as widespread... just a small patch near to the home button... since sending it for servicing doesn't guarantee that it won't get worse, i might just live with it... :(
