Grainy issit -____-. I don't notice any grainy stuff for high definition quality videos.

In fact the quality is better than my tablet's.

I think it boils down to how the video has been converted/saved?

Check three things.
First, the position of the phone you are holding to your ear.
Second, up the volume to max.
Third, any fancy caps plugged into the 3.5mm jack during calls.

If problem persist, you may want to check out the phone of the other party or just pay a visit to the service centre.

Problems? Xs is a really head turning hp. other that the yellow tinted screen, the only problem I face is emailing. I cannot send out attachment on PDF unless I forward the whole mailzz. Any1 have any solution for that??

Try to use the ASTRO File Manager, go to the selected folder to do manual deletion. Hope that helps.
