Yes, I know. The question is I willing to pay for the replacement but not able to find it in Singapore, and no one has offered any clue on how to get it done!

Anyway Mate 9 only cost $200 more than OnePlus 3.

I call up few repair shop in sg, quote range from $190-$250.
I already ordered a replacement from TB cost rmb580.
Will go JB repair shop to swap out the screen at RM50.
Risk is not sure how good is the replacement from TB.

I ordered the glass back protector, it came, very easy to install, but i suspect it's not glass, It's just a film. Good enough to prevent scratches for me.

I see. But better than no protection at all haha.


Here's the pic of the tempered glass AND my Spigen rugged Armour case. The case doesn't lift up the glass.

Oxygen OS Beta 8 is out. Haven't encountered any bugs yet but Android pay does not function in this build. Storage write speed has improved. Installation of applications are faster.

Taobao do have it. Qoo10 might as well. But it doesn't cover the screen fully(stop right before the 2.5D curve). I posted a pic of it. Just have to scroll up and see. There is this "halo" effect which is super ugly IMO.

Still waiting for it to arrive. ETA given by Ezbuy is 7 Dec. I'm update here once I've install the protector.

Update : After 1 day with the full coverage tempered glass, I'm starting to see dust accumulating on the sides. Oh well. Expected this as with all the full coverage tempered glass I've used for other phones.
