guys, i need help please..
I just bought this phone and i love it but it is giving me this weird problem.
The internet works fine except for whatsapp and facebook. The apps is not loading when using mobile data, it works fine when using wifi.

For facebook, it work fine when using chrome to access facebook webpage.

(sorry, what i mean is the app does load but the connection for this app is very slow, almost like there is no connection. I send a whatsapp messge for like 30mins and the message is still processing.)

Please help me.

U should register borderlinx under Singapore. Once registered, borderlinx Singapore will provide you a hk address which you can ship your orders to. This is your the shipping address for your oneplus. Once the phone reaches borderlinx hk, you'll receive a notification by email,which you then pay the borderlinx fees and they will ship the phone to the Singapore address you registered with.

did oneplus official account forsake Lazada already? All the oneplus phones i see on lazada are not fulfilled by the company itself and does not have manufacturer warranty, only retailer warranty.
