Yes, for certain it's exclusive, since it's from overseas. It's only inclusive if within SG.

oppomart provide 1 year warranty
of coz need to ship there
but warranty dosent concern me
all my past phones, all export set.. don't see any issues (yet :p)

if get from china think can consider using ezbuy buy for me service. phone in china is about 500sgd so gst and agent commission (assuming no promo) comes to about 549sgd add shipping about $10sgd (assuming 1kg weight + sensitive air) should be cheaper than the qoo10 579sgd

And mind you, it's not about warranty. $661 is before GST. GST is more expensive than shipping, especially if not prepaid, since you will need to pay extra $20 to courier for admin fee, hence $20 + GST. Even without warranty already over that $699.
