Hey Khairul and those who already gotten their phones, can check with you guys a few things?

1) Is the screen bright enough for outdoor usage? I mean not under direct sunlight but under the shades and 1-2m away from direct afternoon sun. Saw some reviews that the brightness is 409nits, lower than S7 or 6S.

2) How is the call quality? Can hear the other party in clarity or does it sound muffled? What about from the other party's side, can they hear you clearly?

3) How is your SOT? Can go to setting > battery and click on "screen" to see how many hours are you getting for screen on time?

4) For video taking if done at 1080p is it only 30fps allowed? No 60fps option? When you take a 1080p video (not 4K) while walking, does the video taken appear shaky?

5) Let's say I have SIM 1 that I'm gonna use for 4G data only (all internet connections) while SIM 2 just for voice calls, is this possible? I meant using both concurrently instead of switching one at a time.

try my best to answer you
1) just came back from lunch, it was scorching hot outside.. I manage to reply my wife via WhatsApp, scroll FB and watch YouTube.. not an issue for me :)

2)I can hear my wife mumbling non-stop.. every single word, loud and clear.. that means it's good and bad :p

3)abt 4hrs SOT.. didn't really bother to check.. but it's about the same consumption as my 6P..

4)have yet to take any videos hmm can't help you on that

5)I don't have 2 Sim cards.. so ya.. can't help you

ok any other bros out there willing to assist our friend here with his questions

Haha unfortunately yes, as long as its a cellphone with batteries they are dead stubborn on not shipping them out.

Likewise I've submitted a ticket to get a label from OnePlus, but have yet to hear from them since this morning.

Just a little worried as I've to make sure that it reaches my friend's place in HK before she leaves for SG on Friday, otherwise we all just share on the SF Express shipping as mentioned by bro EF haha.

Just had another chat with CSO, same story. Wait till Fri, if no update I think have to really start return to OP. First and last time using borderlinx, will advise everyone I know not to use borderlinx

This is absurd, I've just checked with the CSO if I could do them a favor by self-collecting from their warehouse and they said no, only courier companies can do that. WTF?

And then eventually it all boils down to the USD$20 for some reason that they have been quoting just to have it picked up. Omg this is ridiculous.
