Jordan: I have contacted Borderlinx over the shipping issues for my handphones, but there isn't any positive news. As such, I want to initiate a return to sender. Would like to request for waiver of admin fee

We have a service center in Hong Kong which can deal with your return.

You can express/send the phone to the service center, or we will pick up you phone according to the address you leave. Please give us a confirm so that we will proceed with the next process.

But they may not release it, if they are looking to charge admin fee. So i play safe, get them to verify they will waive, then get oneplus to send RMA to BL

but how come i cant use the coupon? it says on sale item is not eligible to use coupon. And the phone was on "time sale" at $649.
