I also confused with this part. First BL ask me to provide a call tag from oneplus, claims only courier can collect with call tag. I am not sure if oneplus is willing to go to this extent. Then i ask about RMA number again. So alternatively can get merchant to issue RMA and return address, for BL to do returns. Which is the option that you guys are using to do the returns?

FYI, OP will send a courier to collect from BL.

I hv contacted OP RRR (Returns, Repair, Replacement) HKG hub, and they provided me with my RMA number but no return label. Quote from OP CSO as below.

You can express/send the phone to the service center, or we will pick up you phone according to the address you leave.

Thus, I took up BL free shipment back to the merchant option, providing BL with my RMA number as well (just in case).

Gut feeling says to faster get out rather than wait for pre-paid return label to be generated. Just my 2cents
