there shldnt be any troublesome stuff...I've cancel my order of oneplus 2 before... just call their customer service up.

Anyone facing this issue too? Talk to CS until wanna vomit blood liao. S$600 package with them + current phone spoil. Just filed CASE complaint against singpost.

They are really slow workers, mine got updated after 6 days. I msged them on Facebook messenger and they emailed me with a case number, account was subsequently updated with the op3.
