I saw a shop around action city at bugis bhg selling the phone for $600.
They have both gray and gold color, claiming to be hk set, no warranty and need to pay cash.
Is it worth getting there?

My concern is if I used a non one plus adaptor and the one plus cable, will it still work?

And after reading the qoo10 "Geeks" user review, there is some concern regarding the dual sim card slot. It seems only the sim card slot 2 is working and can use, but the slot 1 is for China and can't use in Singapore?? Does anyone know about this regarding export sets?

I thought that export sets only affects LTE bands? Does the hardware recognise respective SIM cards as well? Like if its China, it only accept China SIM cards?

Hopefully the brothers here will be able to shed some light to enlightened me... Thanks a lot in advance!!
Don't worry can use..... My set is from China and have both sim slot used. One slot for M1 free 1GB broandband and another for M1 personal line.

The dash charger for china set is 2 pins therefore, you need adapter to use it. You must use oneplus charger and their own cable in-order to have dash charging.

Dollars-wise, definitely yes.

On a side note, I ordered from qoo10 Geeks on 7 Aug, they shipped it out with tracking number on 8 Aug! :s12:BUt no tracking info now, think it is still too early, hope to get it by Wed :D

If its HiTec Mobile, then i doubt its Hong Kong set. In their website the model number is A3000 but Hong Kong model number is A3003.

I am planning to purchase a oneplus but my main concern now is that oneplus doesn't have a service centre in SG. So to those of you who have bought the phone with a local warranty, may I know who is honouring that warranty.

In addition, does anyone have experience with lazada warranty? Eg bought a oneplus 2 from them and had the phone serviced through lazada.

Many thanks.

Already mentioned, OnePlus has a "service" centre, but does not do servicing. They simply do one-to-one exchange once you have got RMA. And no, Lazada does not care about defective items, only refund in 7 days.

OnePlus is not for you if you concern about warranty. Just take it as non-existent warranty, or try your luck.

Quoting this again:

Service center: Jurong Point Gadgetworld,
1 Jurong West Central 2,
#B1-87/88, Jurong point S, 648886.
Please email in advance to set up appointment: support.sg@oneplus.net
