Never knew 3.4.2 exists, thought it was 3.2.4, then 3.5.0.

sorry folks, I had log in error, so I could not reply earlier. 3.2.4 is correct, but it seems that we are not able to install this via OTA, probably due to some restriction from OnePlus end. I m not sure how, but the full 503 MB seems to be downloaded into the memory at this point and failure to install during reboot.

I am watching out (on OP forum) for the new official 3.5.0 OTA to be made ready. The current Oxygen 3.1.3 seems to be working fine, so I won't sideload the community build until it is ready. anyway, I don't know what's missing from 3.1.3 at this point, so I will just bear with it for now ...

Hi guys! Any comments on the oxygen os? Did you guys experience any bugs while using it as a daily driver? I'm torn between the 6p and OP3 but there's a lot of contradicting feedback both from the reviewers and the ppl from the oneplus forum.

I had the same issue for 3.2.4 OTA but i managed to install it via ADB sideload..Hopefully future OTA updates will work.

I had no issue updating to 3.2.4 via OTA on my HK OnePlus (purchased) A3003.

Are you guys having problems on the 3.2.4? It seems to be pissing off folks at the oneplus forum. The safer and recommended version is 3.2.2 from the OP folks, until 3.5.0 is ready. It is more peaceful here ... venture to the OP forum with caution ... lots of angry people there ...

I bought the phone in JB yesterday.
There are 2 types the shop offer:

1) Export set (A3000) warranty 1 year by the shop and repair by their technician if anything goes wrong. Price at RM1699.

2) Import set (A3003) warranty by Brightstar which is the Oneplus distributor in Msia.
There is a service centre in JB under the Brightstar.
Pirce at Rm1888.

I bought the A3003 set as the A3000 set the sales show me is already opened.
The A3003 set comes with 3-pin Dash charger.
I updated the firmware to 3.2.4 OTA without any issue.

Although I've upgraded my phone, I can't answer the question as I've been using/playing around with Xiaomi Mi Max which has very very long battery life with decent performance. Right now, my OP3 is just sitting in the bench as my backup phone.

There are few shops in JB under the Brightstar distribution but all out of stock at the moment.
The one I bought is at Kulai.

221, Jalan Kenanga 29/2, Kulai

The A3003 set left the soft gold and A3000 should have both color.

Just sharing some info which I saw from OP CEO Carl Pei's interview on youtube. The OP3 fast charging is meant to be used even when the phone is running, especially when the phone is running as a GPS in the car, charging the phone is non issue.

The car charger is not included in the HK kit, so appreciate if anyone can share any viable alternatives, especially for cheaper ones.
