googling revealed the following from singtel site:

What is the advantage of supporting band 8 LTE900 on our 4G network?
LTE900 is ideal sub 1Ghz frequency to provide better in-building penetrations and ensure consistent 4G/4G+ experience for our customer. Advantage of lower frequencies is that the signals have better penetration, meaning they can pass through objects such as walls with less attenuation.

so is it a disadvantage if I am on Singtel?

anyway, why is Oneplus closing their shops and service center? I saw on Facebook, SG service center ceased operations. And on 22 Aug, closed their China shop/.

it would mean you are not getting better reception indoors compared to the a3003 model.

won't be too much difference, I speculate, because if m1 and sth can operate without band 8, it would be missing out a plus rather than a minus.

For SG service centre, it's been like that for a while, i.e., they have no so-called "service centre", since they do not provide servicing, only 1-1 exchange.

For any technical issues or support you can contact our support team at support.sg@oneplus.net. They will help you diagnose your problem. After which, if the problem cannot be solved, they will arrange an appointment with you for a one to one exchange as we do not provide repair services for now.

Our support team will refer to your receipt of purchase to see whether you're eligible for local warranty coverage. Also, please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to get back to you.

For China shop, can read this http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/08/20/oneplus-close-beijing-shanghai-stores/.

Do you have lags playing the game?
nope, lag free phone.. OP3 FTW

im a ST 3G user(12GB), sometimes i do get network cut offs in fact maybe 3 times a day, doesnt really affect me since its just for a short while(1-2mins downtime), so A3000 users may want to take note.. or share if you are experiencing similar issues

If u are on 3g, the LTE bands shouldn't be of any difference

Played using my a3000 model. Always have random lag when pokeball is thrown. I wonder if it's network or my phone issues.
