Here my finding after using the phone for 4 days.

There seem to be some problem on Wi-Fi, keep getting DC not stable. And the speedtest show weak connection receiving 40+Mbps where my Asus zf3 can get 80+Mbps.

Used to have a op3 previously. Same problem as you, wifi abysmally slow on the op3 but ok on my iPhone

I think it's mentioned on the forum of one plus in the latest update. I'm ok with mine so did not pay much attention to it.
