i am using ip7+ before changing to OP3T
what i can say is the customization can be done on android and iOS. totally different between these 2 phone as both running different OS. what i like most on OP3T is to allow u to lock phone screen by tap and hold the home button or double tap home button.
Speed/performance wise i can say that the OP3T is on par or snappier then Iphone 7+
Battery life i still think that iphone is better due to the superb hibernation of apps/background processes when idling. Standby time is much better on Iphone 7+ which imo will give u better battery life
camera wise i will prefer iphone 7+. much more details captured and better performance in low light.
Fingerprint scanner on OP3T is very very fast compared to iphones. it unlocks in just a split of second.
Screen/Display wise i prefer OP3T. better contrast and color reproduction due to the sRGB mode and it is using AMOLED screen
This is a phone that is at a different level, having used Samsung, HTC, LG, Huawei Mate 9, and even Iphone
One thing i dislike is the stock launcher though, but can be easily resolved by installing nova launcher prime
