Hi Expansys,

I would like to understand what is taking my order so long. My friend who bought the phone from another seller has already recieved his phone.
Could you kindly speed up the process, as stated you are doing a 1 to 2 day processing time after order.

ur friend hooted from 131? or you anyhow say just to make a reason in ur complain? I also contemplated, if i hooted from 131, dunno if i can get the phone now a not hahahaha!

actually for me complain to Expansys is no use cos not their fault for my case is Qoo10 problem and if u missed to order by Thursday the latest expected to receive it much later cos common sense will tell u that with so much they have sold sure sure can deliver on time some cannot. lol but then ya their one day delivery is really one day just that their processing time is too long also due to the huge order and they should at least OT to process the order IMO rather than taking the day off on sat and sun and only process on monday

Also last time got ppl complain that they sold the phone when they do not have stock or enough stock on hands.

thought of that too suring the weekend when kena review and did not receive the phone on friday as those who order on thursday.

but then i think u need to confirm with 131 to see got stock anot if not both side order also the same fate

Encountered something strange this afternoon. I wasn't using my phone much this morning but when I picked it up around lunch time the phone just went black and non responsive even when I press all buttons. After pressing here and there it started to boot up but I didn't power down in the first place. Right now it's working as per normal though. Anybody encountered the same?

you meant phone is on but not waking up even when u press the power button? had it on my oneplus 1 but that was later part of the stage when phone started to gave me problems

My friend get the Euro set... From SmartWatch... But i guess the more reliable one is expansys cause most of SG ppl get from there.... Warranty wise tt dealer i donno dare to play play... At least Expansys got 1 year warranty....

Stick to the factory pasted one?
Wanna get TG screen protector but dunno which one safe to get...

currently stick to factory pasted on lor...but sooner or later will also need to be replace.

Someone mention that carkoci from taobao is gd or not bad

I also want TG one, just talked to moshi moshi store, he say the TG wont fit well .. ask me to get a better casing instead to protect the phone :(

Anyone using it without screen protector? The default protector that comes with it fits perfectly but doesn't feel as good as the original glass as mentioned by people online and attracts quite some finger print
