The phone looks like being locked up when i boot into Bootloader > Recovery.

Why are you booting into recovery yourself? Any official updates should be automated.

I bought the phone thru Qoo10.. And I think it is a custom firmware.

Since day 1 I can't update by going to settings and check for updates.

Any shop or person who can help me update?

Just follow the steps here for OP3T http://downloads.oneplus.net/oneplus-3t/oneplus_3t_oxygenos_4.1.3/. You have to factory reset if you were from a different ROM.

For the rest, there is an open beta 8 for OP3T, read here http://downloads.oneplus.net/oneplus-3t/oneplus_3t_oxygenos_openbeta_8/. Download here http://oxygenos.oneplus.net.s3.amaz...8_OTA_025_all_1705270056_3335ee074af74cb2.zip.

I cant boot to recovery. After clicking on the option, the phone goes into a black out with a white led.

It will be in this state till i restart the phone holding volume down + power.

The longest i waited was 20 mins...

What option? Recovery option from bootloader or? Probably you can take a photo or something. And do you have if your set is using a stock recovery? Which ROM are you using now?

OxygenOS version 3.5.1
Android 6.0.1

When i Reboot, there are other options > Reboot, Recovery, Bootloader

i choose Bootloader > Recovery

I think the bootloader is locked. I encountered the same problem previously. Need to unlock bootloader first

Nope, there is no need to unlock the bootloader to sideload/install stock ROM from local storage with stock OP recovery. Refer to the guide, there is no mention of unlocking bootloader to install OOS.
