is it confirm android pay wouldnt work as local seller need to open bootloader to flash the global rom?

Mine from 131 is global room already came sealed . Maybe repacked ? Android pay straight out of box able to use

I just migrated from the Mate 9 a few days ago. I experienced a series of call drops on my OP5 which I used to experience with my Nexus 6P as well but not once on the Mate 9. Has anyone experienced the same?
