Dash Charging

Only the dash cable supports dash charging? Have anyone tried other cables?

Only Dash, there is a chip within both the charging brick and the cable to communicate to each other and the device that enables this.

Anyone use those usb tester to test the output to see the voltage and amphere?

I have friend telling me using usb power tester shows the same result for iPad charger and dash charger using dash cable . 5v 1.43A .

Was wondering why isit same . My guess is maybe the tester limitation ?

the tester made the connection incompatible with dash charging coz its lacking the extra dash charging connectors in the usb port

Note that dash charge will adjust it's Volt and Current according to the battery level of the device. At higher percentage it tend to drop off in current. Plus it goes into a normal charging mode unless you plug in a OnePlus device and use both an original dash charging cable and plug together.
You cannot have anything else in between the connection cause every part talks to each other.

Ya hor forgotten about it . Now that you all mention then I RMB using apps to see the charging reading can hit higher Amphere
