I manage to download after disconnecting to vpn. You just need to press home before going to the VPN app disconnect and return to update by recent apps.

are you rooted? if yes, try flash xXx rom with franco kernel...but i can't confirm after that singtel data will appear as 4g+ or not...

at least for now..i can see the 4G+ in my office which previously not..

I'm on M1 weigh 4g+ rooted with boeffela kernel no issues here.

Maybe it's singtel issue.

Actually I start seeing 4g+ one week before the update. The only update was the launcher was updated to version v2.1.5
