probably you need to clear the cache and try again... mine the battery life improved on 5.0.4... in fact is really good..

hi guys, my phone literally just died while sitting on a table - no drops, nothing.

black screen, no LEDs. strangely enough when connected to a PC I can hear the USB modes toggling on/off when i fiddle with the power/soft reset.

gonna try to head down to the service center tomorrow, as this is a local set from Lazada - has anyone serviced the OP5 locally? only at Gadget World JEM? any chance MDR (the parent company) at UBI might be able to do something?

Hi guys facing a problem here.

Few days back I realised my phone started behaving weirdly. When using certain apps, it's seems the phone is automatically pressing the back buttons.

For eg when I'm typing, the keyboard will disappear, when in a game, it will go to pause mode suddenly, when navigating in maps, it will go back to the home screen and Google maps will be in pip mode.

Strange thing is, not all apps are affected. So far only the above.

I turned off pip, and Google maps now is ok. Keyboard becomes ok too. But when in games, I still face the same issues. Haven't noticed this in other apps.

Any ideas at all what could be causing it? I downloaded notifications history apps to try to catch any notification that I might miss, anti virus to scan for Rouge apps, to no avail. I timed the auto back action and found that it happens roughly every 45 seconds. Regardless of whether I press anything on the screen or just leave it, if its in an app that it will manifest, it will do so every 45 seconds.

I know this is a software or app issue because when I switch profile, this does not happen.

Oh and I uninstalled tons of apps, including those that I downloaded over the last week. Same issue.
