very nice vanilla drydown in this but is damn hard to get a decently priced bottle now

Stopped by sephora at Bugis+ earlier and managed to sample a few scents.. the new Paco Rabbane Invictus smells quite good but not sure if it's full bottle worthy. Gf loved Bond No. 9's New York Oud but the ridiculous price is a put off. Appreciate if anyone knows of a cheaper alternative

Sounds nice.Have you tried Jil Sander Pure the vintage and the essential formulation?
Seems they took out a few notes for the essential series one.

Yeah I've noticed local noses aren't too evolved... they tend to like safe, fresher scents. But it could also be due to the weather.

That said girls do like it when I wear YSL La Nuit and Dior Homme Intense.

Not evolve, they just have the common noses as they are not engaged in many different type of scents and they usually have the idea that a perfume should be of a certain type.

Singapore, due to the hot and humid single season weather, isn't really frag friendly territory imo.

That's why the majority of people tend to look for fresher scents, limiting their exposure to other types of fragrances.

I reach for them myself when it hits 34C and above!

This is my own theory though, please don't hate and wear whatever you want!

No hate there.It is the ultimate reason of why we are limited.It's safe and easy to wear fresh scent,no fuss.

We can wear what we want as long as it is comfortable to us and others.Like for example I do two sprays for DHI if I wear it during the day...and three on cool nights.

Any more seems unpleasant.

That and Dsquared2 Potion which I reviewed and that is why I wanted to get my nose on GPH,gonna get a mini.

Just got my TF Black Orchid..so far it reminds me of Spicebomb's sweetness but with more depth with patch,incense,hints of choc and florals...the currant is still lingering around.

1.5ml...2 sprays would be enough per usage..if I want to get it,10ml decant would be enough.

Tempted to get the bottle but a spray on my wrist vanish after 30mins. Signs of a bad perfume- doesn't last. I decided to give it a pass ...

I enjoyed it,stays on my skin.It's a close to the skin fragrance.
Already reviewed that fragrance.Go watch it.
Not a BAD perfume in my opinion,just doesn't work with your skin.A bad perfume is something that smells bad

DFS inside T3 check-in area have the 4 Un Jardin. I personally would choose Sur Le Toit if I can only choose 1. Very fresh and garden flowery smell, very close to smelling like a woman but the heart is woody so a man can pull it off...

Mediterrnee smells like someone had spilled spices in a spanish tapas restaurant.

The other 2 is just like average and not worth remembering...

You mean Man Pure (white bottle)? Quite generic and boring fresh scent iirc
havent tried the re-release yet as I dont think its available here
