Guys,
May I know which is a better choice Armani code profumo or Chanel Bleu de Chanel EDP?For daily use and date.
Personally I wouldn't consider AC for any situation in Singapore let alone any of their flankers. It's too thick of a scent imo to wear in humid weather. There are nice versions like Ultimate and Profumo but so many other better fragrances. BdC is much better though I had it and sold it off. The EDP didn't perform so well for me.

i received mine also..how do u check the batch?

bro.. look at the batch code under the bottle.. usually 4 letters, mixed with alphabets and numbers, den go on www.checkfresh.com. Select the brand, in this case "Christian Dior" and enter the batch code..

Usually for Dior fragrances.. the first number will tell u the year of production.. 5 = 2015. every 10 years they recycle the code

Feels more confident now after your assurance.

Going to compare with DH and see how it performs.

Btw i saw a picture of on Fragrancex on DH seems like they have the early formulation for 50ml. Will try and email them and see if its for illustration purpose or if they do have stock.

Received my package for DHI this morning with the 4711 soap :D
My first impression:It certainly has the dna of DH but DHI EDP is much more smokey, powdery, sweet vanilla-ish with a slight hint of floral in the background and carries more masculinity in it. Like a dauntless, rebellious brother.

Some photos of the bottle.

Hey!

Could i ask for advice on a scent that is similar to this but lasts longer?
Been using this but the scent disappears after an hour or two.

Feel like trying the Issey Miyake pour homme.

L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme is actually a good alternative, lasts a bit longer. As with fresh fragrances, you really have to try it on your skin to see if it will last. Listed below are few alternatives for both designer and niche houses.

Designer:
1. Allure Homme Sport by Chanel
2. Acqua di Gio Profumo by Giorgio Armani
3. Sauvage by Christian Dior
4. Burberry Brit Splash by Burberry
5. L`Eau d`Issey Pour Homme Summer 2016 by Issey Miyake

Niche:
1. Acqua Viva by Profumum Roma
2. Cologne 352 by Ex Nihilo
3. Bergamotto Positano by Floris
4. Bergamote 22 by Le Labo
5. Nio by Xerjoff

Thanks for the recommendations, might just go for the issey or chanel, haha.

Just curious, does local malls stock Acqua di Parma?
Would love to try a few of ADP, see whether it suits or not. Mainly prefers something like Chanel BDC and Armani Acqua di Gio. I find Dior Homme too sweet for me.

Currently looking at 4 of the Colonia line:
Intensa
Essenza
Leather
Oud

Thanks in advance!
