Ended up getting Dior Sauvage EDP after comparing the scent with Bleu de Chanel Parfum.
Went to Jasina they didn’t carry Sauvage nor the BDC Parfum, but they did carry the BDC EDT at $130ish and the EDP $175 for the 150ML.

Went to Chanel store selling the BDC Parfum at $217 for 100ML.
And Dior store selling Sauvage EDP at $175 for 100ML.

Fragrancecart carried the BDC Parfum at $217 which is the same as retail price surpirsingly, and the Sauvage EDP at $174 cheaper by a dollar.

Don’t fragrances typically have a icon indicating “use by 36 months after opening”?
Where would you find the use-by date then?

saw that Chanel have the EDT , EDP and Parfum now.anyone tried Parfum?

really more lasting than EDP?

i did a little reading. apparently the creator of EDT AND EDP is a professional perfumer.

for Parfum edition, Chanel uses in-house perfumer.

so am wondering if the fragrance or scent profile would differ and such?

The perfumer behind Bleu de Chanel parfum is Oilvier Polge the son of Jacques Polge. Jacques Polge Is the perfumer for BDC edt and edp. Based on the information on fragrantica there’s some difference in the top, middle and base notes. Hope this helps
