Any interesting brand? So far those airport ones are too common. Some of my lady friends who are older loves less common fragrance. They need that “special and uniqueness”
Go niche? For starters maybe can try scent journer, lab fragrance, PDM, Nishane etc since they don't like designer brand fragrances. Check out Amaris/Escentials

Hello all! Am looking for my first fragrance. Will be a daily for school. Currently deciding between ADG profondo and CDNIM. Any idea how to better narrow down to which one?
I have both. Dislike the CDNIM as it smell kind of greasy machinery on my skin. Mine is the parfum version. Dunno why it is a hit and miss type of fragrance

Ponfondo is freshly and quite strong for the 1st 2 hours on your skin but however it won't last more than 4 hours on my skin.

Has anyone bought from carousell sellers @tigergem and @fragrancecart? Their prices seem far lower than retail and I'm wondering if their products are authentic. If they are, how come they are able to sell so cheap. Is it grey market? or do they refill legit bottles and packaging with lesser alcohol concentrate / cheaper ingredients.

Fragrancecart for me yes. Their prices are not absurdly cheap - just 5-10% off the prices you see at retail. I figure how they can price it that way if because they have no brick and mortar storefront. Bought Mancera Cedrat Boise and JPG Le Parfum from them - legit.

I ordered an Initio Musk Therapy from carousell seller @universeofperfumes1000 at $175.00 (rtp $300+ onwards). Should be in by the weekend. For this price, chances are it's a dupe but I decided to take a plunge.

"Cheap" is relative. Fragrancecart is cheap when you compare against say, Sephora. Otherwise, i feel their prices are at least 10% higher than Mustafa and Mustafa isn't even the cheapest source out there for legit perfume.

Based on their profile (@universeofperfumes1000), it's highly likely to be a fake.

where would you say the cheapest source is, if you're down to share. For me fragrance carts benefit is having more options and easier to browse than mustafa. I've been to mustafa multiple times and kinda struggled to navigate the two sections.

No one particular seller or shop that is absolutely the cheapest. Thats where doing your homework by comparing prices comes in.

Carousell is a minefield. Too many fakes and too good to be true "deals". Not worth the time and effort trying to filter and find the legit sellers. But if you have to know, i ever purchased tester bottles from Scentman and Seoul look and the product i received are legit.

For Mustafa, there are some "buy 2 or 3 bottles" deals where you get 5-10% off the total price but they strictly don't allow mixing even from same brand same line so you end up with 2 or 3 bottles of the exact same perfume. Otherwise, single bottle prices are okay-ish.

Other brick and mortar shops worth considering: Beauty Language, Jasina. Perfume Bar.

Tins and Bottles have both physical shop and they also operate online on shopee. Momolove is another seller on shopee. Generally, i would say shopee prices can be some of the cheapest if you able combine vouchers, shopee coins, credit card rebate, shopback cashback and whatnot.

Those dirt Cheap there's a catch. It might be near expiry in few years or already expired perfume.
Some like dont know in warehouse for how long the scent might be faded or a bit off, dont last that long all those. Might be fake or thinned down and repackage. Very hard to tell.

Better to read reviews first then decide if you want to take the risk.

Both are legit sellers, tigergem has been around for sometime. If u join the fragrance community FB page, there's quite a number of people who could vouch for him/her.

Universeofperfumes sell fakes, please don't buy, a lot of red flags on their prices. Not that i have personal experience but i have heard many other buyers saying the product they receive either smell different or simply doesnt last or project as they should

Hello...

Sorry I'm back.

I really want to purchase from @sky perfume who according to them used to be called fragrancestation.

They have some decently discounted products + rare discontinued fragrances which I'd like to buy but I can't justify spending 150+ on frags which I can't confirm are authentic. Is there anyone who can vouch for them or has bought from them previously and can confirm their stock is authentic/not expired.

Thanks a lot!
