Question, when a certain brand says XXX sports fragrance does it mean it is good for situations where you tend to be active and sweat i.e.: Outdoors, sports or gym?

sometimes yes, most of the times no. lol, i know that i wont be wearing my dior homme sport, or my chanel allure homme sport eau extreme to the gym or exercise.

To me, when a fragrance releases a 'sport' flanker, its simply a fresher version of the original.

True. LYPH is quite expensive now.

With regards to the suitability of perfumes to weather, i am one of those who don't follow. I wear a different perfume everyday. This way I can enjoy all the scents from my small collection.

Need help finding a perfume, I have smelled it on someone from the train so many times. Smells similar to Body Shop's Sandalwood and Ginger home fragrance, but I am looking for the perfume counterpart. TIA

It's not abt following or not la, once u get a better knowledge abt the notes involved and get more sensitive to the different notes. You will understand why certain notes smell better on certain weathers and some will simply choke people around u out.

That's why there are perfumes which falls under the 'office friendly' category, some perfumes falls under the 'dating category', so on and so forth.

When u just start out on collecting perfumes you may have problems categorising your perfumes, but u will automatically start doing it when u find the perfumes in ur collection increasing.

Sorry bro but does it really have to be from Jo Malone? Their unisex/men's line are so so in my opinion but if really have to be then check the two listed below.
1. Incense & Cedrat
2. Dark Amber & Ginger Lily

Please be mindful as these are both on the cloying side.
