not that I know. throw me recommendations ill decide it for myself :)

  • Acqua Di Gio Profumo (smoky aquatic)
  • Bleu de Chanel EDT/EDP/Parfum (spicy incense citrus, pricey though, testable at Chanel boutiques in town)
  • Bvlgari Aqua Pour Homme, Aquamarine and Atlantique (Aquamarine and Atlantique are heavier on the aquatic notes, testable at Novella)
  • Dior Homme (heavy on a note called iris, a type of flower. The implementation gives it a lipstick smell. I find it love or hate)
  • Dior Sauvage (spicy citrus, pretty safe if you like the scent, but even here where people generally don't wear fragrances, this is something I detect the most on others)
  • Dolce and Gabanna Light Blue Intense (sharp aquatic, also try out any of the other variations like Light Blue and Light Blue Sun)
  • Dunhill Icon (citrus woody, smells professional and masculine, testable at Metro)
  • Hugo Reversed (citrus aquatic, starts out sour but becomes sweet in about half an hour)
  • Montblanc Explorer (fruity and smoky)
  • Prada L'Homme (florals with a focus on iris as well, doesn't have the lipstick vibe from Dior Homme, a bit more on the metrosexual side, testable at Novella)
  • Versace Dylan Blue (kinda similar to Bleu de Chanel IMHO, incensey aquatic)
  • Versace Pour Homme (very "neutral", inoffensive and pleasing scent, kinda hard to describe, just try it out!)
  • Versace Man Eau Fraiche (aquatic)

Unless otherwise mentioned, all are testable at Sephora. Most (if not all of them) can be found in departmental stores in town too, but other than Bleu de Chanel, all of these should be easily found in heartland malls too.

All of the fragrances can be worn any time of the day. Some of them tend to lean more casual (especially the aquatics), but unless you're in a very upscale place or event, it shouldn't be a major cause for concern. All should be able to hit 6 hours in longevity other than Hugo Reversed which is closer to about 5 hours, but YMMV because of skin chemistry.

Which perfum smell similar to BVLGARI AQVA Marine Pour Homme EDT?

Aqua Marine has a slightly salty quality to it. Atlantique from the same line smells saltier if you're interested. Otherwise, try D&G Light Blue. You can try Light Blue Intense too, but it's much sharper than the Aqua line, which you may not like.

Quick question, which areas and how many sprays should I do normally?
General consensus is around your neck area so people can smell the sillage.

I personally do 1 on the front of my neck (between the collar bones), 1 on each side of my neck, 1 on the back. If I'm using a louder fragrance, I bring down the sprays accordingly, with the one on the front usually being the first to go because it'll annoy me too.

Softer fragrances also get 1-2 sprays on each of my arm.

Pulse points like the side of the neck, wrist and elbows are supposedly slightly warmer, so the fragrance will heat up more for better projection but lower longevity. I honestly haven't felt that much of a difference, so YMMV.

Paiseh, I didn't realize VPH is in there (I copy and pasted the list from another post of mine :s22:). VPH was a little soft for me but I didn't do a full testing. I can see it disappearing within 6 hours.

I haven't tested LNDL extensively (we have a very small handful of YSL boutiques, and I believe all are in town), but I liked the sweet powdery vibe. It's hyped to hell and back but I find it really sexy too. I'm close to getting a decant but I wanna try it out a little more first.

My wife likes Abercombie & Fitch, now difficult to get. Anyone knows where to get it cheap. Thanks in advance.

bro A&F what? Fierce? or First instinct? If u are talking about Fierce, just get Mont Blanc legend, unless u can find the original formulation of Fierce, if not just switch over to the mont blanc

Me I usually spray one pump
Into palm and apply to dry hair before product - I find the natural oil scent gives a nice shine. Then one pump on wrist and rub together

Never rub in your fragrance, u are spoiling ur own fragrance experience, most of us enjoy the transition from the top note -> mid notes -> dry down. when u rub in ur fragrance u are basically fast forwarding this process.

diff genre of perfume. freshies like the versace generally performs poorer, the la nuit is not a fresh perfume by any means. u will find it difficult to wear comfortably in an office setting, or on a hot humid day. its is more like a date night fragrance.

Are there any Dior boutiques in Singapore that have the entire Dior Homme line for sampling? I have never seen Dior Homme Intense and Parfum before, and I was told by a staff that Dior Homme Eau is available in Malaysia, not Singapore. They're all available as decants on carousell but I have way too many decants already lol

you got your decants from carousell? can recommend any seller if you dont mind? can pm me thanks!

Not sure if that's allowed or considered advertising. Try searching for some popular fragrances on Carousell. The decanters will show up in the listing. :s12:
