What do you guys think about Chanel De Bleu? Is the fragrance too common?

The sillage/projection and longevity sucks.
If you want blue perfume go with Y EDP or Dior Sauvage.

If you want the Chanel brand , go for Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme, Sycamore or Egoiste.

is Y Eau De Parfum Spray a safe blind buy for office use?

Better try it out at any departmental store and then buy online if you like it.

For office, i highly recommend Prada L'homme.

Got both the normal and intense which the latter got leather note which I much prefer.

The plain Jane normal is more...normal, not as interesting as the intense.

Y EDP is more for evening, imo. Not that it is unsuitable for office, but there are better and more suitable choices for office. If you need to walk under the sun before reaching office, then Y EDP might not be a good idea esp if you are a heavy hitter of the spray.

Too sweet for office IMO, but also depends on your office culture. If everyone is chill and fun then no issue, but if it's a serious environment, I think it's a no go. In a more general context, I think it's an okay blind buy. Not much to dislike, but you need to be prepared for the sweet and loud apple opening.

Office fragrance

Go for prada L'homme, chanel platinum egoiste, creed greed irish tweed, dior homme edt, terre d Hermes Edt, mercedes benz cologne, these are light and not too offensive.

Of course there are clones as well.

Hi,

Would like recommendation for some good fragrances. Hopefully something not too strong.

Blind recommendation? You know fragrance is subjective so what is recommended to you might not suit your taste.

Better if you can share certain note that you like or dislike.
