Today worn Z-14 from Halston. Leather and cinnamon making this one warm and aromatic. Just nice for today's cool weather.

I love the smell and most gers who are close to me always ask me what fragrance I use cos it smells manly

Bleu de Chine by Marc de la Morandiere. Got citrus .. got white florals .. got vanilla. Delightful scent with a lovely bottle.

Wearing Le Male Le Pafum today. I have thought it is a stronger version of the OG ... But no.. I dun think it smell stronger or anything close. Quite disappointing.

See that Aurel has brought in quite a large range of new middle eastern clone house frags, including the recently released Armaf CDNM Urban man elixir. But their prices are kinda crazy e.g. the urban man elixir is going for $45. But the worst of all, why in hell is their appointment slots all fully booked in advance till at least Jan 9th 2023? Their business must be that crazy good despite the price increase seeing as to how they don't even bother to list their newly stocked frags on their laz/shopee/qoo10 store front.

Worn 2 oldies past 2 days.. Gianfranco Ferre for man yesterday and Polo by Ralph lauren today. They smell nice but more for mature men. Lucky I never buy full bottle.

Just a headups but Aurel experience center is currently closed for renovation till end Jan/early Feb. The newer range of perfume they just brought in are already listed on their Shopee storefront but at further 10% markup e.g. Armaf urban man elixir selling at $45 on their website but going for $50 on shopee. Haywire prices really and inflation or GST increase is no excuse for it.

Add: Saw on carousell there are a few bloodsucking idiots selling urban male elixir decants at ridiculous prices. 5ml decants going at almost 10 bucks LOL. Cost price $45 for 105ml bottle. Lets say decanters conservatively price per 5ml @ $8, their expected profit is probably ard $150 per full bottle minus cost of the decant bottles. WTF are these ppl smoking trying to sell middle eastern clone frags at near niche frag prices?

Potion from Dsquared. Those days cannot find the unicorn Gucci Pour Homme so settle for this Potion. Now also discontinued.

Un Homme from Charles Jourdan. Old school oakmoss. Is strong ... Not to my liking.

Worn Silver Mountain Water today. Like the tea and black currant parts but not the musky opening.

L'eau de Chloe. Surprise surprise! Imagine a rose garden by the sea. Rose + sea notes. Very nice

Well, with the impending 1% increase in GST and holy moly 8% increase for online purchases, its well and truly the end for my perfume collecting hobby. Used to be able to get cheap Lattafas from shopee for below $25. Now it costs closer to $30 per bottle. On paper, it might seem to be just a few bucks more but less impulse for me to commit to a blind buy at that price point.

Lacoste by Lacoste for today. Oakmoss is pretty overpowering the rest of the notes. There is citrus in the opening but is faint.

Price increase is everything everywhere all at once. Within budget is key and sure got lobangs here and there.

Tom ford has increased their prices again. tuscan leather is now 420 for 50ml bottle. oh my.

Maxim's Pour Homme for today. Smell dated coz this is from the 80s. I dunno why I smell cinnamon in this, should be the leather + carnation maybe.

Went to try 1 Million by Paco Rabanne. Wah.. 2 sprays on back of hand and very faint smell after 1 hour. I thought this is very strong. So disappointed. Probably will buy only if very good price.

My colleague layered nishane wulongcha and ambra Calabria on my wrist today, all I can say is wow, pretty good combination. The citrusy and tea notes infuse with the slight vanilla sweetness of the ambra Calabria
