Nothing interesting seen on my recent trip to Mustafa. Khamrah and a bunch of other clone perfumes out of stock. New on shelves Lattafa Maahir Legacy(PdM Sedley clone) which i bought. Interesting scent which gives off fresh shower gel vibes but abysmal performance on my skin. 3 sprays on my arms and skin scent inside 20mins. Doubt any amount of maceration magic can improve the performance.

Don't hate, don't like.

I recently got Armani Stronger With You Intensely.
Its damn nice to me.
I love those sweet powdery fragrance.

If anyone know any Powdery fragrance can recommend me some.

Can anyone recomend me a nice mens fragrance that give a chill, yet professional scent for work purposes on a casual Friday?
I use Davidoff Coolwater and I find i it slightly too 'formal'(unsure what is the correct term) for the ocassion
Budget less than $20. Perfume, cologne or deodorant all fine with me

I have Dior Sauvage EDP and Versace Dylan Blue.

I can see the similarity in both

LOL budget less than $20 cant even get Dior Sauvage's bottle cap lar. But blue type frags are as safe as it gets for work office type environment. Too bad used to be able to get a pretty decent Sauvage clone in the Armaf Ventana for $15 at Mustafa but think its OOS liao.

i also use their sauvage shower gel and face cleanser and the homme shower gel.
Actually i really like the homme EDT original which started me on my perfume journey in 2014.
unfortunately, homme EDT original is discontinued so now i using sauvage EDP.

i buy them from dior tangs counter on birthday month or 12% rebate days.
or sephora where sales can be up to 25% off.
cos too many fakes out there so i prefer to buy from sephora or tangs.

Not really a clone, but for the price of $20 at Mustafa it smells pretty decent

Had the Lattafa Ejaazi Intensive Silver. Terrible performer and honestly, don't think it anywhere near to La Nuit de l'Homme or Bleu Électrique.

agreed, smells alright but the performance is absurd. 4 sprays will probably last you 30 mins at best

30mins is being generous. For me become skin scent after 5mins. Even sprayed on clothes also didn't last any longer. One of the worst clone buys i ever made.

Goes to show how skin chemistry can play an important part in fragrances. Possibly age related also. This particular fragrance on my skin gives at least 6hrs (6 sprays) or 8hrs if you include it being close to the skin as a skin scent, iirc. Can't remember all the performances of the Lattafas I've tried in particular for me, but I think the worst ones so far that I can remember are Royal and Blue Sapphire, no more than 6hrs max. Smells okay, but weak on my skin for some reason.

Fragrances like Ultramale on the other hand, gives me no less than 12hrs in total performance, with the pear note projecting heavily past 6hrs easily, while something simple like Explorer ('21/'22 batch, can't remember which) 6-8 sprays makes it to only 8hrs, including the 2hrs sitting close to the skin, but good projection for the first 3-4hrs.

Maybe its just you. Even on the Fragrantica link, every single comment pretty much mentions how piss poor this particular frag performs.

Well, lucky me then!

I've found that many reviews and comments on Fragrantica also do not tally with my own experiences, eg something smells like this and that, but nope, not to my nose, at least, but yes, there are also accurate ones as well for similar fragrance comparisons and longevity assessments that are similar to my own findings.

Actually cheap clones perfumes you might get those not well blended ones, so its not consistant.
Some batch might be better than the other.

Went to Mustafa test Montblanc Explorer kind bottle a few times, generally dont last long on my skin also. Those Legend kind are better on my skin.
