Try to answer the questions raised.
Paraimport goods.
why are they cheaper? A lot of factors can explain.

1. Global currency. Say theres a sasa branch in new york usa.. For those who reads forex will know how much us dollar strengthen. Assuming US branch sells the same price of davidoff coolwater in singapore. It is not advisable if I buy in US at this point of time because US dollar increases. I should buy it when it weakens so im able to enjoy better rates right? Just like buying currency.same logic.

2.Grade A perfumes. You can find fake perfumes easily in certain region. I do not wanna say where. Just google grade A perfumes and u can find plenty at much lower price. Sadly some sell them because of goos profits. You'll be surprised how similar can these perfumes be to the original ones.

3. Supply vs demand.for e.g. ck be perfume is not in demand in sg. A retailer has no way selling these stocks away in sg. Hence there must be a buyer in overseas. To clear stocks is to sell at cheaper cost some may go to the least. Same happening in overseas.

Btw what other means of transport are u refering to?

Stickers
no they dont guarantee if the perfume is genuine. QR reader is better if u have the application to give u a peace of mind.
Other means of transport such as ships? Those in bulk. However it will take very long and it may expose to heat which may affect the frag. Seen from other perfume forum

Only decent thing left in Gucci lineup for man is Gucci Pour Homme II, the rest are all generic and pretty boring to me

SOTD: Bvlgari Man

nd.9403.jpg

I liked the frag on paper so today because I rushed out of the house for work and forgot to wear a frag, I passed by a frag store and sprayed on Bvlgari Man to give it a proper wearing. 3 sprays on clothes and 1 on my arm. It was ok, not mind blowing. Nothing there really stood out for me. I guess I can take it off my Buy list then.
Longevity is average - almost 6 hours. Sillage is weak-moderate.

Brother, any advice when spraying the perfume as I was told not to spray on the shirt but on the body directly like the arm and chest etc.

Kindly shed some lights on the right position for spraying perfume which can prolong the longevity of the perfume.

My own observation is spraying on clothes gives the best 'average' longevity. Average because some frags react with certain body chemistry resulting in poor longevity. Conversely it could also result in excellent longevity. Spraying on skin makes it a personal scent because of individual body chemistry again. Ever like a frag on paper but it doesn't smell the same when sprayed on skin? It could smell better or worse depending.
So my personal method is to do 2-3 sprays on clothes and 1-2 sprays on skin (sometimes arm or neck) depending on how strong the frags I'm using are. I've gone up to 6 sprays but nearly knocked out my friend with the smoky pineapple Creed Aventus lol!

When spraying on clothes I prefer it on my pants or shorts. 2 reasons for this. One is I don't want to become anosmic to the frag by constantly breathing it in if sprayed on my chest. If its on my pants then I get faint whiffs of it when I move about and when I'm seated. Secondly, I usually wear darker pants and shorts so some frags that tend to stain will not be obvious instead of showing up on light colored shirts or tops.
I sometimes spray on the back of my neck for a '3D' effect. Try it and you will see what I mean. When spraying on my arm its always near the elbow crease so washing my hands will not wash it away.

SOTD: pure malt

As good as ever, but maybe not so good in this climate. Went light with two sprays.

Yes, I do spray one or two spray behind my neck then two spray on my chest follow by two spray on both elbow so that makes up 6 sprays. =:p

I tried spray on light colour shirt before but can see the stains so avoid spraying onto shirts directly, probably I should try on dark colour pants next time.

Actually 4 sprays up to 6 is quite common for me. Some of the lighter scents really need it. Maybe I am scent challenged lol

just gotta remember that some people around you are more sensitive to scents.... And I personally don't wear scents so that I can be offensive.
