Just purchased the 1697 from famed cognac producer, Frapin. I don't drink alcohol, but I don't mind wearing it on my sleeve ;P

It's a masculine (uncommon and complex) scent, with a strong cognac/rum smell --
1697

1697 by Maison Frapin is the seventh scent from the world's oldest family business and is named after the year that the Frapin family was enobled by Louis XIV. Drawing on the age old principles of cognac making, cult French perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour has mind blowingly translated the aromas of dried fruit, spices, leather, amber and wood and mixed it with the softness of vanilla and tonka beans to create a remarkable scent. Be warned...you will definItely be noticed in this scent.

Notes
Top notes of Cabreuva, Davana, Jamaican Rum, Cistus, Pink Berries
Heart notes of Jasmine Sambac, Hawthorn, Ylang Ylang, Clove Bud, Ceylon Cinnamon, Sweet Dried Fruits, Rose Essence
Base notes of Ambergris, Tonka Bean, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Cistus, White Musks, Vanilla

A tribute to the year Louis XIV gave his apothecary Pierre Frapin the right to bear a coat of arms.
Spice-lashed rum, boozy dried fruit and a floral bouquet soaked in a rich wood, amber and leather base disclose the secret accord between the perfumes you drink and those you wear…
An elixir as burning as a kiss - and just as intoxicating - composed by Bertrand Duchaufour.

From the initial shot of mouth-burning, spicy rum to the boozy, dried fruit accords of davana and cabreuva, 1697 is a headlong dive into the aromas of cognac, from top to base notes.
Along the way, the fragrance spills into an opulent floral bouquet built around rose and jasmine sambac. The woody, tannic and ambery accords of liquor aged in oak casks, suffuse 1697 with vanillic aromas. The leather and tobacco effects of cistus, the subtle almond and chocolate accents of tonka bean softened by a drop of sweet condensed milk and a warm patchouli base are wrapped in a sensuous musk for a long-lasting sillage.

Mitsouko is a great floral.

Transfer to atomizer by opening the cap of the atomizer, point the nozzle of the perfume bottle inside, and spray.

Alternatively you can use a dropper too.

Ok..spray it in..n then? Needs to put alcohol or anything else inside as a carrier oil or what?

Nah... It's the same liquid as what's in your perfume bottle what why need carrier oil? Unless you're planning to use it as a roll on, then use a roll on or dropper bottle instead of atomized.

I have to find my sample and give this another wearing, I remembered not liking it but don't remember why. I do love L'humaniste though.

Lucky scent carries Frapin as well.

From the reviews on that page seems like this is a gourmand. Might wanna check it out.

Where can buy atomizer? How much do they usually cost?

I started using mont blanc legend, bit the scent doesn't last that long, max 2 hours...
Already sprayed thrice on neck, twice on each wrist, twice on each elbow and thrice on chest...

I got mine from qoo10. $4 iirc.

I'm also using legend. Very strong for the first 30min. Kind of fade off after 2hrs.

Bought a travalo atomizer at sasa...
Still fascinated about how the juice can seep from bottle through the plastic and into the vial...
But I can still smell it from the vial, so I guess it will leak out slowly over time...
